| Kristen & Timothy's Room Assignment List |
We
had our first wedding of October this past weekend! It was a lovely
affair with the ceremony and reception being held at the Inn. It is
always fun to see what details a bride will bring to personalize their
wedding. My favorite accent was the room assignment board they put at
our registration table. Each room was assigned and was adorned with a
"key" for their room. This was also a great way for all of the guests to
know where other guests were staying for the weekend.
What inspires me about October is the fall foliage and, of course, pumpkins. One of my all time favorite events I have seen in the past several years is a rehearsal dinner created by Soiree by Tara Guerard and photographed by Liz Banfield in Charleston. Being a fellow College of Charleston graduate, I follow Tara's work closely! Check out a little Halloween inspiration here. I would love to see some gorgeous arrangements in the Main Dining Room of the Inn with some square vases and silver pumpkins inside!
