While we are excited for all the events, we have really caught some spring fever! Not to mention the fantastic invention of daylight savings (this is great for Colin, the night owl, but not so great for Deanna, the early bird).
As the events get rolling, we will keep you in the loop by blogging. Even if you are miles away, we will still keep you informed!

The St. Patrick's Day Tea was a wonderful success. Thanks to all of you who came for tea and sweets!
We had around 50 ladies and gentlemen for the event and all seemed to be having a great time visiting and soaking in the warm atmosphere of our sunny dining room. After, all were welcome to wander around the inn and peek in any open rooms.
We look forward to hosting future events and hope you will join us to make it another great success!

We are baking up a storm today! With our St. Patrick's Day Tea right around the corner on Saturday, we are creating a delicious menu of sweet treats.
Some of our delightful baked goods are:
Chocolate Covered Short Bread
Cherry Muffins (the staffs' new favorite!)
Raspberry Mint Pound Cake
While we are at work, we still have fun too. Check out Miss Susan and her pan twirl!
Have you signed up for our tea? If not, register at http://thekingsdaughtersinn.com/our-inn/calendar.
We are almost full. If you can not make it this time around, we will be hosting another tea in the next fews months!

Tea and Ireland are practically synonymous! Did you know in Ireland more tea is consumed per-capita than in any other country in the world? Tea is the favored drink of the Irish people, challenged only by Guinness. Join us for a traditional cream, or Devonshire afternoon tea service, with a selection of great teas and fresh scones, sweets, jams and clotted cream while listening to some of the lovely music of Ireland. Enjoy your tea in the cozy atmosphere at The King's Daughters Inn dining room. Seating is limited!
