March Madness!

As the Final Four approaches (what happened to our ACC teams?), it feels like the madness has started at the Inn as well! From the beginning of wedding season to whispers about additions to the amenities list to all the Durham events and activities (Duke Reunions, University Graduations, Full Frame & more), there is a lot on the schedule. Never fear though, we are ready for the roller coaster that is Spring at the Inn!

While we are excited for all the events, we have really caught some spring fever! Not to mention the fantastic invention of daylight savings (this is great for Colin, the night owl, but not so great for Deanna, the early bird).

As the events get rolling, we will keep you in the loop by blogging. Even if you are miles away, we will still keep you informed!

St Patrick's Day Tea

The St. Patrick's Day Tea was a wonderful success. Thanks to all of you who came for tea and sweets!

We had around 50 ladies and gentlemen for the event and all seemed to be having a great time visiting and soaking in the warm atmosphere of our sunny dining room. After, all were welcome to wander around the inn and peek in any open rooms.

We look forward to hosting future events and hope you will join us to make it another great success!

The Baking Brigade

We are baking up a storm today! With our St. Patrick's Day Tea right around the corner on Saturday, we are creating a delicious menu of sweet treats.

Some of our delightful baked goods are:
Chocolate Covered Short Bread
Cherry Muffins (the staffs' new favorite!)
Raspberry Mint Pound Cake
